We specialize in bespoke, professional furnishing. Every piece is custom-made to your specific requirements, spatial needs, and style preferences. While we strive to deliver exactly what you envisioned, please note that handcrafted furniture may have slight natural variations in texture or grain.

2. Payment Terms

To maintain our commitment to quality and secure materials for your custom project, the following payment structure applies:

• Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total project value is required to initiate design and production.

• Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion and successful installation of the furniture.

3. Punctuality & Installation

We operate on a "no chaos, no delay" principle.

• Our Commitment: We guarantee punctuality from initial delivery through to final installation.

• Client Responsibility: To ensure a seamless installation, the client must provide access to the Kolkata-based site at the agreed-upon time.

4. Durability & Post-Installation Support

With 32+ years of experience, we build products meant to last.

• Post-Care: We offer dedicated post-installation customer service to ensure your furniture remains in peak condition.

• Maintenance: Our products are designed to be easy to clean; however, longevity depends on following the care instructions provided at the time of installation.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, portfolio images, and text content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of MD Elyas. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MD Elyas is committed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. Our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
